Key Workflow

Bypass Flow:

If teleconsultation is disabled for a client, the Collector directly assigns a Provider and proceeds to sample collection and barcode entry.

Patient Registration

The Collector registers the patient, collects consent, and generates a secure Telemed link.

Teleconsultation

The Nurse joins the call, documents symptoms, and recommends diagnostic tests.

Provider Review

The Provider reviews clinical data and approves/rejects the case.

Sample Collection

Once approved, the patient proceeds for sample collection with barcode tracking.

E-Prescribing Made Simple
